I am originally from England, and I grew up in a small seaside town in Devon. I attended London University and Oxford University, and I was a High School English and Special Education Teacher before moving to America. My favorite books and movies are the Harry Potter series! I love them! When the last book came out, I bought it at midnight and spent 14 hours reading! Students might be surprised to find out that I studied Ballet, Tap and Jazz dance for 15 years and also taught Ballet and Tap for 8 years. This is my eighth year teaching and coaching at UPark, and I am very proud of the amazing work that all the teachers do to support our Owls. Upark has an amazing staff of dedicated professionals who go above and beyond every single day.
