I want to send a huge shout out to all of our parent volunteers who have led prospective family tours this school year. Thanks to your time and dedication to spreading the word about UPark, we are seeing some very solid preliminary numbers coming in from the choice office as far as families choosing UPark as their first choice for next school year. These tours, along with the word of mouth passed along from neighbor to neighbor about our great neighborhood school are essential for keeping enrollment robust, which in turn, helps us provide small classes in the younger grades, five days a week of Essentials classes, as well as GT and intervention supports for students. Thank you to Kate W, Ankit B, Ali G for leading our tours this school year and to Jessica S for doing all the organizing! We are so thankful that we have a great community of support as well as an incredible team of educators and group of students that are always ready to show off their outstanding skills! |
